This policy explains what information Mitmita collects when you use this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place a pickup order we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the details of your order. We use them to prepare your order, send your confirmation and status updates, and contact you about the order if something changes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and message so we can reply.

Text messages

If you choose to get a text when your order is ready, we use your phone number only for that order’s updates.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites. Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. Staff sign-in uses a necessary session cookie.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and process orders (hosting, payments, email and text delivery), and when required by law.

Retention

We keep order records for accounting and tax purposes for as long as the law requires, then delete them.
